install solemul package

modprobe solaris

mount solaris stuff (usr,etc) UFS
mount applications UFS

You will need run stuff as root

if the following error occurs:

[root@dot bin]# ./bzip2 ../../../tmp/testje

The v8plus version of libsunperf.so, which does not support SPARC10 or 
SPARCstation20 systems,  is installed by
default when installing the SUN Patch CD distributed by SUN. This results 
in the following error when attempting to run
Simulation on a SPARC10 or 20: 

  ld.so.1: /ideas/ms7/stb/suptab.exe: elf error: 
  /usr/SDRClib/libsunperf.so.1: bad ELF flags value: 0x300 

When loading the SUN Patch CD on a SPARC10 or SPARCstation 20, copy the 
libsunperf.so.1 and libsunperf_mt.so.1 
from /cdrom/lib/.v8/ to /usr/SDRClib/lib/.
